If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

國民黨地方黨部主委直選昨日畫下句點，代表從去年開始國民黨主席、黨代表、中央委員、中常委等黨職選舉終於全部結束。國民黨中央委員連勝文今(16)日表示，新任市黨部主委，除了要扛起每天柴米油鹽醬醋茶的重任外，希望主委能立即思考一個問題，那就是明年市議員選舉，特定選區黨内參選人大爆炸的情形，特別是年輕的參選人。
連勝文表示，國民黨經過長達十個月馬拉松式的黨內選舉，在星期日黨部主委選舉結束後，終於告一段落。然而本次台北市黨部主委的選舉，在許多前後任黨政高層及現任立委及議員參與造勢後、同時配合媒體報導，結果投票率竟然衹有19%！這絕對不是一個好現象。很多人認為這是天氣的緣故，個人部分認同，但問題是國民黨以後內外任何選舉，難道都要靠天吃飯？
連勝文說，他個人認為主因是今年內部選舉太多，搞到大家都已筋疲力盡了，不只黨工累垮，許多黨員也無法理解，這一連串選舉，除了內耗，到底是要如何幫助黨的重建，如何才能幫助黨走出低潮。
連勝文表示，其實黨部主委的工作，未來絕對是犧牲與奉獻，當公寓式酒店選人可以説任重而道遠。國民黨的重建，地方黨部主委勢必在第一線扛起重責，所以這次選舉其實是非常重要的。
連勝文說，有很多年輕人願意為國民黨拚戰而投入明年議員選舉，這真的是太好的事了。但若許多優秀年輕人都集中到特定幾個選區，那恐怕初選就要刷掉大部分的人了；到了大選時，還有其他眾多泛藍參選人，很難想像到最後有多少本黨新人可以順利出線？我很不希望看到這麼多年輕人就這樣消耗掉在幾個特定選區。
連勝文表示，黨務工作極其煩重，但年輕人的培育絕對是重中之重，年輕人的熱情與衝勁，也可以避免黨未來選舉要靠天吃飯的冏境。所以在此除恭喜黃呂主委，也期待在黃呂主委的審慎擘畫下，能夠協助更多年輕人有機會在台北市各區當選，本黨才真正有重生的希望。
