台南市生態保育學會今（25）天公布在北門區三寮灣農田發現68隻黑面琵鷺，其中1隻還是今年出生的黑琵新生兒，與其他黑琵一起飛來台灣，這是學會紀錄4年來，最多的一次，吸引許多鳥友前往拍攝紀錄。
台南市生態保育學會理事長邱仁武表示，學會副總幹事黃永豐、攝影顧問高溢源等人2013年首度在三寮灣附近農田進行田野調查時，除了看到黑面琵鷺及白面琵鷺各1隻外，另外還有約80多隻過境鳥「黑尾鷸」等鳥類。
邱仁武表示，隨後在2014年紀錄3隻、2015年16隻、2016年出現46隻、今年到24日最多，來了68隻，其中有1隻是今年在韓國繫放的小黑琵新生兒編號v26，出生才5個月也先飛來台灣台南北門三寮灣農田報到。
邱仁武說，位於北門區三寮灣一帶的農田土壤鹽分較高，在每年的3、4月春耕後就必須休耕，引進溪水把農田的鹽分稀釋，以利秋季耕作。在引溪水浸田這員工旅遊段期間，都會吸引許多琳瑯滿目的鳥類棲息覓食，鳥況相當豐富。
他說，最近以來，三寮灣地區的鳥況豐富，吸引包括拍鳥俱樂部等許多生態攝影家以及喜愛賞鳥的民眾前往參觀。隨著天氣愈來愈涼，冬候鳥的數量也可望再增加。
