民眾可以在安捷台東機場使用價值千萬的Level 5等級飛行訓練模擬機(FTD)一個小時，模擬在台東機場起飛、降落及操控飛機的模擬飛行。另外還可由專業飛航教師帶領駕駛DA 40NG飛機，從台東豐年機場起飛至花東縱谷或綠島的訓練空域，體驗轉彎、爬升、下降等飛行訓練。

王志仁透露，旅展首日上午兩小時已售出24個名額，大多是情侶或父子報名。購買之後須提前10天預約，且以兩人一組方式體驗，不可分開使用。安捷飛航訓練中心也是台灣唯一一家經交通部民用航空局審核通過成立專業飛航訓練機構。
